| 摘 要： | 针对当前学生遴选授课教师中的不足,采用问卷调查的方法确定授课教师评价体系,建立层次模型.并基于问卷调查结果确定成对比较矩阵,用改进的层次分析法确定各指标层次的权重,计算方法科学、简便,避免了一致性检验带来的麻烦.结果表明:影响学生遴选授课教师的因素从高到低依次为:授课教师的往年评教结果、职称、授课方式、学位、年龄、性别.决策实例表明了该结果的有效性. |

| Abstract: | Aiming at the students’ insufficient of selecting instructor,the evaluation system of instructor candidate was determined by means of questionnaire,the AHP model is established.the pair-wise comparison matrices was got based on the result of questionnaire.The weight of each evaluation index was identified by the improved analytic hierarchy process,the way of calculation is scientific and handy,and prevents the trouble of consistency test.The results show that the factors to effect students selecting instructor are the results of student evaluation in previous years,qualification,teaching methods,degree,age,and sex.the effectiveness of the method was proved by a case. |
