螺旋锥齿轮四轴联动数控两刀法加工

摘    要:国内普遍采用五刀法加工Gleason制的螺旋锥齿轮副,需要5道工序才能完成大轮和小轮的粗精切,机床生产效率低、调整时间长.为此,针对国产四轴联动数控铣齿机提出了两刀法加工原理,使用双面刀盘并利用刀盘中心的轨迹运动完成对小轮凸面的精加工.通过改变刀位的方法实现设计要求的齿长曲率,以达到较好的接触情况,并建立了螺旋锥齿轮两刀法数字化加工模型.最后分别利用齿面接触分析(TCA)和实验,与格里森单面刀盘五刀法加工进行对比,结果表明:两刀法减少了加工工序,加工时间可节约40%;虽然改变了小轮内刀直径,但可以灵活方便地通过轨迹运动实现齿长曲率,得到较好的接触情况.实验得到的齿面接触区与TCA分析结果基本相同.

Abstract:Five cut is widely used to process Gleason spiral bevel gears on traditional machines. It needs five proc- esses to complete gear and pinion rough-machining and finish machining, resulting in low production efficiency and long adjustment time. In this paper, aiming at domestic-made 4-axis CNC spiral bevel gear machine, theory of two cut was put forward. Spread-blade cutter, together with its center moving track, was used in the finish machining of pinion convex, cradle radial setting was changed to achieve lengthwise curvature and obtain better contact region, and two cut digitized manufacturing model for spiral bevel gear was built. Finally, tooth contact analysis (TCA)was used to validate the example. The comparison with the TCA results obtained by Gleason software and the contrast experiment on five cut show that, with two cut adopted, the machining process can be simplified and the processing time reduced by 40%. Although two cut changes cutter diameter, by using CNC spiral bevel gear machine, it can flexibly and conveniently achieve lengthwise curvature through cutter track movement so as to get better contact. The tooth contact region obtained by experiment is basically the same as that through TCA analysis.
