赖斯工作压力问卷的本土化修订

摘    要:美国心理学家赖斯的工作压力问卷,已被许多研究者作为研究工作压力的工具,但在国内还未发现对赖斯工作压力问卷进行过本土化修订,本研究的目的是对赖斯工作压力问卷进行初步修订.研究结果表明,赖斯工作压力问卷共抽取出三个因素,分别为"工作任务""人际关系"和"角色模糊",总计解释变异量31.89%.赖斯工作压力问卷具有较好的信度和效度,问卷的a系数为0.90,三个维度的a系数分别为0.86、0.83和0.82.
