| 摘 要： | 美国心理学家赖斯的工作压力问卷,已被许多研究者作为研究工作压力的工具,但在国内还未发现对赖斯工作压力问卷进行过本土化修订,本研究的目的是对赖斯工作压力问卷进行初步修订.研究结果表明,赖斯工作压力问卷共抽取出三个因素,分别为"工作任务""人际关系"和"角色模糊",总计解释变异量31.89%.赖斯工作压力问卷具有较好的信度和效度,问卷的a系数为0.90,三个维度的a系数分别为0.86、0.83和0.82.

| Abstract: | The Work Stress Questionnaire by American psychologist Rice has already been a tool for researchers to study work stress,but in our country,it hasn't been revised according to China's situation.The purpose of this research is to develop a preliminary revision of Work Stress Questionnaire.The results suggest that there are three factors got from factor analysis,named as work assignment,the relationship with others and vague role.And the total explanation is 31.89 present.The reliability and validity of Work ... |
