单电极直流电弧炉热态模拟试验研究

摘    要:在容量250 kg的单电极直流炼钢电弧试验炉上进行了热态模拟试验研究,探讨了伏安特性、功率、电效率以及耐火材料烧损指数等单电极直流电弧炉的电热特性。试验研究结果表明,单电极直流电弧炉具有不同于三相交流电弧炉的电热特性。

Abstract:A hot simulating test investigation has been carried out in a capacity 250 kg single elec- trode direct current steelmaking arc experimental furnace. The volt-ampere characferistic. power, electric efficiency and refractory burning loss exponent etc. electric-thermal charac- teristic of single electrode direct current arc furnace are discussed. Experimental investigation results indicate that electric-thermal characteristics of single electrode direct current arc fur- nace are different from those of three-phase alternating current arc furnace.
