| Abstract: | Map-based cloning has already become a valuable method for gene cloning and gene mapping.This paper summarized the application of the map based gene cloning method on gene mapping and cloning in Rice,and described the strategies in which should be adopted to clone a gene in rice genome,and the main steps for map based cloning are discussed also. |
