| Abstract: | In addition to the traditional reaction mode of stannane generation, i.e., an acidic tin-containing solution reacts with NaBH_4, stannanecan also be generated via the reaction of a basic Sn-NaOH-NaBH_4 or Sn-EDTA-NaBH_4 solution with an acid. The stannane yields produced by these, modes are comparable to that produced by the traditional mode. |
