含初弯曲缺陷的变刚度井壁整体稳定性分析

摘    要:针对钻井法施工阶段固井前变刚度井壁结构整体稳定性问题,引入初始弯曲缺陷,建立固井前井壁结构稳定性分析的力学模型,该模型考虑了井壁分段数、节间连接刚度、井壁刚度分布、井壁轴向荷载分布等因素.通过理论推导,结合井壁结构的稳定系数,得出井壁挠度、井壁荷载以及井壁临界荷载的关系式,并编制程序实现了求解.应用程序进行计算,定量分析了上述各个因素对井壁结构施工整体稳定性的影响,并对计算结果进行拟合,得出了井壁结构最大挠度与井壁荷载关系的实用计算公式.

Abstract:For the analysis of global stability of a bored shaft during construction,a mechanical model with the initial bending imperfection has been setup,which considers different influencing factors,such as the varying stiffness of shaft,the number of shaft segments,the flexural rigidity of shaft connections,the distribution of axial loads,etc.The relational expression of the maximum deflection vs.the load and the crippling load of shaft is obtained through theoretical derivation and the influence of these factors...
