摘    要:以大型超市为例,利用日本经验公式与火灾模拟软件CFAST相结合的分析方法,通过设定消防安全目标、确定性能判据、建立火灾场景,考虑不确定因素等状况对其进行烟气流动模拟计算、分析。经分析得出:性能化设计方法具有科学性、安全性、经济性等优点,能够在确保人员安全疏散的前提下、减少防火投资、增加建筑使用面积,显著提高商业建筑的经济效益与社会效益,对今后大型公共建筑火灾安全疏散性能化设计具有重要的指导意义。

Abstract:Due to the severe fire situation in public sites of our country nowadays, supermarkets are selected as the subject of this paper. On the basis of full-scale practical fire experiments in Japan, through setting up the fire safety goals, performance criterion, fire scenario and uncertain factors, in combination with the supermarket entity, this paper applies CFAST to calculate the smoke flow of the supermarket, and analyzes safety evacuation. The performance-based fire protection design is more scientific, safe and economical. It can be used to reduce investment and increase applied area and prominently boost economic and social benefit of commercial construction, which would give great significance to performance-based design of the safety evacuation of large-scale public buildings.
