| 摘 要： | 利用水蒸气蒸馏法提取鸡嗉子叶的挥发性成分,采用气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)技术对其化学成分进行分离分析,并用色谱峰面积归一化法测定各成分的相对含量.通过计算机检索,鉴定出51个化学成分,其中主要成分为5,6,7,8,9,10-六氢-6,7,8,9-四氧合-2-吩嗪甲酸(17.357%)、十八醛(11.042%)、2-氟代-N-2-(2-糠基氨基)-乙氧羰基]苯甲酰胺(9.371%)、二十烷(6.970%)、1-甲基-5硝基吡唑(4.589%)、β-紫罗兰酮(2.441%)、10-甲基二十烷(3.463%)、乙酸橙花叔醇酯(2.058%).

| Abstract: | The chemical components of the essential oil in the leaves of Dendrobenthamia capitata( Wall.) Hutch. were extracted by water stream distillation and analyzed by GC-MS. The relative contents of the chemical components were calculated by the chromatographic peak area normalization method. Fifty-one chemical compounds were identified from the essential oil of Dendrobenthamia capitata( Wall.) Hutch. The main compounds were 5,6,7,8,9,10-hexahydro-6,7,8,9-tetraoxo-2-phenazinecarboxylicacid( 17. 357%),octadecanal( 11. 042%),2-fluoro-N-2-( 2-furfurylamino)-2-oxoethyl]benzamide( 9. 371%),eicosane( 6. 970%),1-methyl-5-nitropyrazole( 4. 589%),β-ionone( 2. 441%),10-methyl eicosane( 3. 463%),and nerolidyl acetate( 2. 058%). |
