水环境治理工程费用优化模型

摘    要:提出的水环境治理工程费用优化模型改变了老的费用模型,在计算城市水系水污染治理工程费用时,不能仅以排入河流的污水量作为控制因素,而要以排入河流的污染物作为主要的控制因素,这更符合环境保护的实际情况,更符合国家的总量控制政策。费用优化模型的建立是以二级污水处理厂的费用模型为基础,引入拉格朗日极值法,构造治理工程费用优化模型,由模型求解,可得出在最经济的投资下,该水系的最优的污染物的去除量和最佳的经济效

Abstract:The optimum cost model for environmental water treatment engineering in this assey is a new technique. It changes the old way in which wastewater is regarded as the main control factor in polluted water treatment engineering- While in the new way, pollution is regarded as the main control factor. The new cost optimun model is based on the cost model of the two degree wastewater-treatment plant, and it indroduces Lagrange's method of indeterminate coefficient- The optimun model is calculated by computer- Then the optimun treatment quality of the pollution and the optimum economical benefits are obtained with the smallest investment of the water-environmental treatment engineering.
