| 摘 要： | 树脂转移模塑成形(RTM)技术是闭模(Close Moulding)成形技术的总称.是低成本纤维增强复合材料制造方法中的重要一类.针对RTM成形中纤维垫预成形件压制成形过程中常易发生的起拱和起皱等不良现象,采用理想成形分析的思想,对纤维垫变形分布与大小进行分析计算.并根据计算结果,对大变形区域依据最大压缩应变的作用方向,在预成形件上构造与此方向相垂直的剪切缝,以此解除材料之间的约束条件.并在此基础上,依据理想成形理论对纤维垫下料毛坯进行优化.基于上述思想的算例表明算法合理有效.

| Abstract: | Resin transfer modeling(RTM) is the process related to the close moulding and one of the most important manufacture methods for low cost fiber reinforced composites.For the forming defects such as wrinkles occurred in the stamping,the ideal forming theory is used to calculate the materials deformation.Based on the strain distribution,it can identify where is large deformation area and the directions of maximum compression.Then cuts should be applied in the direction perpendicular to the maximum compression ... |
