摘    要:采用三维刚塑性有限元方法模拟研究了 6 16 0曲轴RR法成形过程 ,得到了曲轴的塑性变形分布规律 ,并分析了摩擦因素对曲轴成形后变形分布及外形的影响 ,模拟计算与实验结果吻合

Abstract:The RR upsetting process of the 6160 crankshaft is simulated by 3D rigid plastic FEM. The distribution of plastic strain was obtained and the effect of friction on the deformation distribution and shape of deformed crankshaft was analysed. The calculating results are identical very well with that of test.
