企业人力资源危机防范策略及其支持机制

摘    要:随着我国市场竞争的不断加剧以及企业规模的不断扩大,人力资源危机得到人们越来越多的关注。使人力资源危机最小化的有效措施是实施人力资源危机的防范管理。在防范责任机制、防范预警机制、快速反映机制的支持下,人力资源危机防范重点在于规范人才招聘机制、完善员工培训体系、建立科学合理的绩效考评制度以及运用包括薪酬在内的多样化激励机制。

Abstract:As market competition grows keener and keener,enterprises are expanding.Meanwhile,human resource crisis has drawn increasing attention.The measure efficiently coping with human resource crisis is precautionary management against it.The focus of the human resource crisis prevention,supporting by the mechanisms of liability regime,crisis prevention and quick-response,lies in standardizing the mechanism of personnel recruitment,perfecting the system of personnel training,establishing a scientific performance appraisal system and adopting the diverse encouraging mechanism including good pay.
