硝酸正丁铵和硝酸异丁铵气相色谱性质的研究

摘    要:
本文研究了硝酸正丁铵和硝酸异丁铵的气相色谱性质,其使用温度范围分别为20-150℃和20-130℃,并用聚乙二醇——20M作参比相,试验的结果表明,它们对具有大偶极矩分子的化合物或具有氢键成键能力的化合物选择性优于聚乙二醇——20M,对醇类及其异构体,单官能团取代苯衍生物提供良好的分离,对烃类保留能力差或根本不保留。

Abstract:
The characteristics of gas chromatography using butylammonium and isobutylammonium nitrate (organic molten salts) as the stationary phase and Carbowax-20M as neference polar phase were studied. They have a usable temperature nange of 20-150℃ and 20-130℃ respectively. The column selectivity of the organic molten salts is better than that of Carbowax-20M for compounds having higher dipole moment or strong hydrogen-bonding formation ability. The chromatography properties of the organic molten salts are illustrated for the separation of isomeric alcohols and monofunctional benzene derivatives. The retention of hydrocarbons in the phase is poor or even negligable .
