锈斑(虫寻)(Charybdis feriatus)精子超微结构的研究

利用透射电镜研究了锈斑虫寻成熟精子的超微结构,结果表明这类精子呈不规则的扁球形,无鞭毛,精子由球形的顶体、核杯及辐射臂组成。顶体结构复杂,包括头帽、顶体管与顶体囊,顶体囊包绕在顶体管的中央管周围。顶体被杯状的核包裹,仅头帽露于精子表面。中心粒、线粒体及少量的其它细胞器出现在核杯中。精子的表面有由核外突形成的辐射臂约2条。

Ultrastructural studies on the sperm of Charybdis feriatus

The ultrastructure of sperm of Charybdis feriatus was studied by using of transmission electron microscope(TEM). The results show that the sperm of C. feriatus has a spherical body, and belongs to aflagellate. The sperm is composed of acrosome, nuclear cup and radial arms. The acrosome is a complicated globular structure and includes apical cap, acrosomal tubule and acrosomal vesicle. The acrosomal vesicle surrouding the central cannal of acrosomal tubule. The whole acrosome is embedded in a nuclear cup with only its apical cap being exposed to sperm surface. Centriol, mitochondria and other organelles are located in the compartment of nuclear cup. There are about two radial arms formed by nuclear processes.
