化学教师素质与品质要求的调查与启示

为了了解学生对化学教师基本素质以及品德的要求，我们根据教师素质的传统要求和对有关资料的学习以及参照教育学的基本理论，设计出具有一定信度、效度和可靠程序的调查问卷，并采用随机抽样选取样本的方法收集有关资料，对乌鲁木齐地区10余所中学以及新疆师范大学化学系共614名学生进行了问卷调查，同时通过与内地有关资料进行对比分析，初步得出了符合21世纪化学教师的基本素质和品质要求。

Investigation of Chemistry Teachers' Quality and Moral Character and Its Inspiration

In order to learn students'requirements for chemistry teachers in respect of quality and moral character,we designed the test paper according to the traditional requirements,some relative references and the basic theory of pedagogy.The results have been obtained by adopting the method of random sampling and investigating 614 students in Urumqi.We draw a preliminary conclusion and get some inspirations about chemistry teachers' quality and moral character conforming to the future demands from the investigation and analysis of the references in contrast with the inland.;
