| Abstract: | My idea on how to set up the management concept of the personal service in the data room of a higher educational institute,and build up a good condition between the readers and the librarian relationship.Librarians should offer the best puality service in order to truly reaching humanbeing ulilizing intelligence just as the things exhausting materials utmost. |
