摘    要:选用滇产金钗石斛(Dendrobium nobileLindl)植株不同生长时期和细胞培养不同阶段,采用碱性氯仿提取生物碱,用溴甲酚绿酸性染料比色法测定其含量,最终研究结果表明:金钗石斛茎中总生物碱含量前3年逐年递增,从各部位来看,都呈现叶>茎>根的分布规律,宜3年采收;细胞不同生长阶段中1月至6月总生物碱含量都基本呈现逐月递增。金钗石斛细胞培养具备直接提取替代原药成分的可能性。

Abstract:Dendrobium nobile Lindl produced in Yunnan is selected by different growth periods and stages of cell culture.Alkaline chloroform is used to extract its alka1oids.And then the content of alka1oids is determined by acidic dye colorimetry of bromocresol gree.From this study we can draw three conclusions.Firstly,the result shows that the total content of alka1oids in Dendrobium nobile Lindl increases during the first three years.Secondly,as seen from different parts,the amount content of alka1oids in Dendrobium nobile Lindl is regular: leaf stem root.So harvest once every three years is better.Thirdly,the total content of alka1oids in Dendrobium nobile Lindl increases monthly from January to June during different growing periods of cell.Therefore,it is possibile for cell culture of Dendrobium nobile Lindl to extract directly for the substitute component of original drug.
