高强马氏体钢长期时效过程中的微偏聚现象

摘    要:14%Cr-5%Ni(质量分数)马氏体钢热处理后在400℃长期时效,强度增加,韧性降低,合金脆化。经分析表明,合金脆化与有害元素P和合金元素Cr,Ni等在原始奥氏体晶界上的微偏聚过程有关。

Abstract:After long-term aging,the 14%Cr-5%Ni maraging steel is heat-treated,and itsstrength increases;the impact toughness is lowered,and the alloy becomes brittle.The re-sults show that the alloy embrittlment is related to the formation of the micro-enriched zonesof the alloy elements Ni,Cr etc.and harmful elements,such as P,at the original Austenitegrain boundary.
