微型齿轮测量技术及量仪的研究

摘    要:分析了微型齿轮测量技术的难点,介绍了所研制的微型齿轮测量仪的测量原理,切向对正方法,阶段误差补偿原理,微型测头及小测力传感器,所研制量仪的组成及实际测量结果,该量仪能完成模数为0.07mm齿轮齿形及齿距的自动测量。

Abstract:The paper analyzes difficult points of technique in measuring fine module gears. At the same time, this paper illustrates measuring principle of the system which is called tangent alignment and automatic graduation in measuring, that is special study for measuring. The feature of control system and the principle of stage error compensation are introduced, and microprobes with rigidity and sensors with small measuring force are developed. The paper introduces the components of the system, key techniques, and the actual measuring experiment results with the system.
