| 摘 要： | 我国高校教育事业经过十几年的飞速发展,师资力量不断增加,如何管理好并高效利用好我们的高校人才档案已成为当代急需探索的重要课题.档案管理工作从建国初期经历几十年的发展,不断地进行着体制改革,如何应对当代的信息化时代也成为时代的热议话题.就当前新建本科院校如何面对档案管理转型进行初步探讨,可以为档案管理工作者提供一些有效的建议与措施.

| Abstract: | The rapid development of the Chinffs higher education in the last over ten years results in the continuous in crease of faculty. It is an urgent problem to better manage and to take effective advantage of the personnel file. In the first several ten years of new China, the system of file was changed. Besides, how o meet the information time is a heated issue. This paper discusses the changes of file management in newly--approved universities and puts forward suggestions and measures. |
