乡镇图书馆建设亟待升级

随着我国城镇化建设步伐的加快,基础设施的各种功能不断升级完善,乡镇图书馆可及性服务的功能价值比不断增高.结合乡镇图书馆服务现状及基层图书馆工作经验,论述了乡镇图书馆建设升级的必要性和紧迫性,提出了关于乡镇图书馆建设的若干建议.

The Rural Libraries' Construction Needs to Be Upgraded

Along with the acceleration of urbanization in our country, various functions of infrastructure are continuously upgraded and perfected, and the performance-cost ratio of rural libraries' accessible services is increased constantly. Connecting with the service status of rural libraries and the working experiences in grassroots libraries, this paper discusses the necessity and urgency of the upgrade of the construction of rural libraries, and puts forward some suggestions on the construction of rural libraries.
