| 摘 要： | 结合德宏州独特的文化特征和民族结构，阐述了作为德宏州重要学术研究基地的德宏师专关于地方民族文化研究的科研成果现状及存在的问题，对使用最广泛的机构知识库DSpace系统的功能和特点进行了详细介绍，分析了德宏师专建立少数民族文化特色资源库的具体实施内容及过程。

| Abstract: | Connecting with unique cultural characteristics and ethnic structure of Dehong Prefecture, this paper expounds the present situation of and existing problems in the scientific research achievements of Dehong Teachers College about local ethnic culture research, introduces in detail the functions and features of DSpace system, the most widely used institutional repository, and analyzes the specific implementation contents and process of establishing the local ethnic cultural characteristic iresources pool in DeHong Teachers College. |
