摘 要: | 从知识管理的概念入手,阐述了知识管理的目标与任务,着重分析了图书馆知识管理的应用,其重点是以用户需求为核心并以知识创新为终极目标,指出在新形势下,图书馆的知识管理应以人为本,整合各种资源,搭建科学合理的知识管理平台,创建学习型图书馆,提升图书馆的核心价值。

Abstract: | Starting from the concept of knowledge management, this paper expounds the targets and tasks of the knowledge management, and emphatically analyzes the application of the knowledge management in the library, the the focus of which is to take the user’s need as the core and the knowledge innovation as the ultimate goal, and points out that library’s knowledge management should be based on the people, integrate various resources, build a scientific and reasonable knowledge management platform, create the study-oriented library, and promote library’s core value. |
