Probe into the Construction of Think Tank for the Reference Service of University Libraries in China

The think tank is developing very rapidly in China in recent years. This paper expounds the development status of the think tank in China and the ability level of university library in reference service, analyzes the feasibility of conducting the think tank construction in university library’s reference service, and puts forward some strategies for university library to construct the think tank in its reference service.
