摘    要:
利用自制粘结剂与活性炭(AC)粉末混合制备活性炭电极(ACE),为了提高电极的电容去离子性能,将ACE进行炭化处理.利用数码相机、接触角测定仪、循环伏安、交流阻抗研究炭化温度对ACE的表面形貌、亲水性、电容和扩散内阻的影响,并对电极在NaCl溶液中电容去离子除盐性能进行考察.实验结果表明:当炭化温度为850℃时,电极的强度和韧性适中,亲水性好,双电层形成速率快,比电容大,扩散阻力小,电容去离子过程中除盐性能高.

Abstract:
In this paper, activated carbon electrode ( ACE ) was prepared with activated carbon ( AC ) and self- prepared binder. The prepared ACE was carbonized to improve its capacitive deionzation performance. The effect of temperature on surface morphology, wettabihty, specific capacity, diffusion resistance of ACE was studied by digital camera, water contact angle, cyclic vohammetry and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. In addition, the capacitive desalination performance of ACE in NaCl solution was also measured. The results showed that,the ACE carbonized at 850 ℃ had excellent flexibility and durability, perfect wettability, faster electric double layer formation speed, higher specific capacitance, lower electron transfer resistance and higher desalination ratio.
