基于自适应PSO的生产-分销协同计划模型与算法研究

摘    要:针对分布决策条件下供应链生产-分销系统中,以供应商为视角的模型优化性能不足以及因信息不完全导致适用性受限的问题,在建立购买方-制造商2级协同优化模型的基础上,提出一种基于自适应粒子群算法(PSO)的协调优化方法,利用该方法在有限信息共享的情况下,通过多次迭代实现协同优化.仿真实验表明该方法能够有效地收敛于问题的近似解并具有较好的优化性能.

Abstract:In a supply chain production-distribution system with distributed decision environment,the models with perspective of supplier are weak on optimization performance and are limited on applicability for incomplete information.After giving a new collaborative optimization model,a method based on adaptive Particle Swarm Optimization(PSO) is proposed for coordinative optimization.The collaborative optimization will be achieved by using the method with sharing limited information.Computational experiments shows the method have good astringency and optimization performance.
