甘油增塑淀粉泡沫材料的塑化性能及力学性能

摘    要:利用双螺杆挤出机制备了甘油含量不同的淀粉泡沫材料,研究了甘油含量对材料的增塑作用及其对力学性能的影响.偏光显微镜(PLM)显示,在热和机械剪切作用下,甘油破坏了淀粉分子的结晶结构,分子结构呈无序排列.红外光谱分析(IR)发现,甘油分子减弱了淀粉分子中的氢键缔合,有效地减小了淀粉分子间作用力;差示扫描量热分析(DSC)研究发现,甘油塑化淀粉的熔融温度比普通淀粉的低.静态压缩实验表明,甘油的加入,降低了淀粉泡沫的压缩强度和杨氏模量.

Abstract:The starch foam materials with different glycerol contents were extruded by using a twin-screw extruder.The influence of the glycerol contents on the plasticizing and mechanical properties were studied.Polarizing microscope(PLM) suggests that the crystal structure of starch is destroyed and become random arrangement by glycerol with heating and mechanical shearing force.Infrared spectroscopy(IR) indicates that glycorel decreases the intermolecular hydrogen bonding of starch and the size of starch molecules is reduced.Differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) results show that the corn starch plasticized with glycerol has a lower melting temperature than pure corn starch.The mechanical property testing reveals that the compressive strength and Young's modulus of the extruded starch foam decreases with an increase of the content of glycerol,respectively.
