| 摘 要： | 在复杂产品的设计过程中，多学科设计任务间存在耦合关系．为了保证设计结果满足各子任务的设计要求，提出了一种基于一致性程度函数的协同求解方法．该方法构造了一个能描述各子任务初始解的一致性程度的函数，通过不断缩小不一致性，实现各子任务协调解的求解．减速箱的设计实例验证了该方法的有效性．

| Abstract: | The development process of a complex product may involved many design tasks and in order to find the relation among design parameters in different tasks ,designers must determine parameters through collaboration among them.A method for coordinating the concurrent and collaborative relationships in multidisciplinary parameter design using consistency function is discussed.This method can help designer eliminate the inconsistency of initial value of global parameters and obtain the solution satisfying all constraints.A Golinski's gear speed reducer design example is given to explain the validity of the proposed method. |
