摘    要:经光学显微镜和扫描电子显微镜观察,发现长序厚壳桂导管分子中存在丰富的硬化侵填体,这种侵填体的发育与导管-薄壁组织细胞间纹孔口的大小无关,而与轴向薄壁组织和射线有关。

Abstract:Abundant sclerosed tyloses of Cryptocarya metcathena Allen in Lauraceae were first discovered and described with illustrations under light microscope and scanning electron microscope. The sclerosed tyloses development was thought to have no relationship with the size of pit apertures of vessel-parenchyma pit pair, but correlate with the ray and axial parenchyma especially.
