摘    要:配体通过靶向特殊基因,进而调节该基因所参与的生物学功能一直是生物无机化学领域十分活跃的研究课题.当前,金属配合物对DNA的结构识别以及功能调控引起了人们的高度重视,越来越多的研究表明,金属配合物能够有效地识别DNA的二级结构并影响其生物学功能.最近研究发现,一些具有纳米尺度的金属超分子配合物能够特异性识别DNA并表现出特殊的生物学效应.本文总结了纳米尺度金属超分子配合物对不同DNA二级结构的选择性识别及调控等方面的研究进展.

Abstract:There is great interest in design and synthesis of ligands which selectively target specific genes to inhibit biological functions in which particular DNA structures participate. Among these studies, DNA structural recognition and functional regulation by metal complexes have received much attention because several metal complexes have shown specific interactions with DNA secondary structure and even regulation of DNA biological functions. Recent studies have demonstrated that metallo-supramolecular complexes with nanoscale can recognize different DNA structures and exhibit special preference. This review summarizes recent progress in nano-metallo-supramolecular complexes binding to various DNA secondary structures and their selectivity and specificity.
