摘    要:采用水提醇沉法从芥菜中提取出水溶性粗多糖CP,经Sevag法脱蛋白和H2O2去色素,过DEAE-纤维素柱,经水洗涤和盐洗脱得到BPA,再经Sephadex G-100凝胶层析纯化得BPA 1.采用SephadexG-150凝胶过滤层析和醋酸纤维纸电泳鉴定,初步鉴定BPA 1为纯品.红外光谱检测证明BPA 1是多糖.

Abstract:The water-soluble crude polysaccharide CP were obtained from the stalk of Brassica juncea by boiling-water extraction and ethanol precipitation.After the proteinic polysaccharides was removed by Savage way and the pigment in polysaccharides was removed by H_2O_2,CP was fractionated by DEAE-cellulose column chromatography,giving one polysaccharide fractions termed BPA.It was further purified with Sephadex-100 column chromatography,BPA1 was obtained.The Sephadex-150 gel filtration chromatography and cellulose acetate pellicle electrophoresis proved that BPA1 were purematerial.
