我国高等教育投入的分析研究

通过分析目前我国高等教育投入的现状，重点研究了投入的来源，并对高教投入的分配与用途进行了分析，借鉴国外发达国家高等教育投入发展的宝贵经验，提出应当通过拓宽高等教育投入渠道，积极鼓励与调动社会对于高等教育事业的投入，加快高等教育市场化与国家宏观调控相结合的改革步伐等措施来提高高等教育资源的使用效率。

Analysis and Study on the Investment of Chinese Higher Education

The constitution of higher education decisions is based on the study of higher education investment, which is help to standardization of cost and allocation of resources. The study of investment is also helpful to keep the reasonable, harmonious, and comprehensive development of higher education for ever. This paper is trying to analyze the current situation of the investment of higher education, emphasis on the origin of the investment, its appropriation and use, meanwhile uses the valuable experiences from developed countries for reference, give several suggestions to improve the efficiency of using resources of higher learning institutions, such as widening the investment channels, encouraging the social investments, combining the higher education market with country macroscopic control and so on. All this is to prepare for the study on higher education cost.
