| Abstract: | Doing employment work of graduates well directly relates to the interests of our country, our schools, our students and the public. Under the situation of high education popularization, the employment of graduates, especially in the vocational colleges, are facing with severe challenges. This thesis states that vocational colleges will take measures to run characteristically, to strengthen the employment guidance and carry out the comprehensive management. |
