高校双师同堂教学模式的构建与实践

摘    要:双师同堂教学是协同教学的一个分支.这种模式不仅能解决某些课程的师资问题,还有益于提高教学质量,促进教师间的良性竞争.双师同堂教学的具体方式多种多样.实践证明,双师同堂教学能达到较好的教学效果,具有良好的发展前景.

On Construction and Practice of Two-teacher Teaching Mode in Colleges and Universities

Abstract:Two - teacher teaching mode is a branch of co - teaching. It is two teachers teaching together, sha- ring responsibility for meeting the learning needs of a group of students. This mode not only can solve the problem in lack of qualified teachers for some courses, but also have good effects and promote healthy competition among teachers. There are various approaches to two - teacher teaching. We identify three approaches : supportive, paral- lel, and complementary two - teacher teaching, and apply these three approaches to interdisciplinary course, prac- tical course and bilingual course. Our reseach shows that two - teacher teaching mode has good teaching effect and promising prospects.
