| Abstract: | In this paper,phenomenon of surplus agricultural labor transferring to non-agricultural sectors at an abnormal high rate in our country is analysed.Affection and historical lessons of this transfer on the national socio-economic development are also pointed out.So,at current time,the employment problem of surplus agricultural labour should be solved within agricultrue. |
