| 摘 要： | 企业文化是形成和提升企业核心竞争力的源动力,建立适合企业发展的文化,是民营企业基业长青的前提。民营企业在不同的发展阶段有不同的表现形态,要求企业构建与之相匹配的企业文化。本文结合企业生命周期理论,对泉州民营企业生命周期不同发展阶段进行了分析和诠释,探讨了民企发展过程中不同的企业文化构建,为民营企业突破短寿宿命,实现二次创业提出建议和措施。
