| 摘 要： | 完善的旅游公共信息服务体系将极大地促进旅游业发展。在实证调查的基础上,对旅游名城—桂林的旅游公共信息服务体系进行研究,并用SPSS16.0对调查数据进行统计分析。分析结果显示桂林的旅游公共信息服务体系存在信息网络重叠建设、市与县旅游咨询服务质量差距大等问题。藉此做出相应探讨,以期为桂林市旅游公共信息服务体系的发展提供一些有益借鉴。
