| 摘 要： | 教科研不是口号,而是行动。高职教师只有在教科研行动中才能不断提高教科研能力。高职教师的教科研为了学校、基于学校、在学校中,必须以激发兴趣为前提,才能增强教师醉心教育科研的活力;以问题困惑为起点,才能扩大教师教育科研选题的张力;以校本培训为抓手,才能提高教师有效教育科研的能力;以实现目标为追求,才能彰显教师科研成果转化的威力。
