| 摘 要： | 研究了正常金属——正常金属——超导体三端介观混杂系统.从系统的模型哈密顿量出发,运用运动方程方法,推导得出任意温度和任意偏压下量子点的格林函数及系统的自能.

| Abstract: | A three-terminal normal metal-normal metal-superconductor mesoscopic hybrid system is investigated.Start from the Hamiltonian of the system,the nonequilibrium Green's function of the quantum dot and the self-energy of the system are derived by using the equation of motion(EOM),which are suitable for any temperature and bias. |
