大肠息肉高频电切术并发症98例临床分析

目的通过回顾性分析大肠息肉高频电切术术后并发症的防治措施,探讨减少大肠息肉高频电切术后并发症的方法.方法将采用高频电切术的196例结肠息肉患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各98例,治疗组采用术前、术中、术后防治等方式防治并发症,对照组采用普通对症处理方式进行防治,比较两组患者术后并发症恢复情况.结果治疗组有2例(2.04%)出现轻微腹痛,1例(1.02%)发生延迟性出血,经积极处理后,患者均恢复正常.对照组中有5例(5.10%)出现腹痛症状,6例(6.12%)发生延迟性出血.治疗组效果优于对照组(P0.05),差异具有统计学意义.结论高频电切手术目前已成为治疗大肠息肉的首选,具有安全、有效、创面小、可反复使用等优点,积极有效的术后并发症防治措施可以避免外科剖腹手术的痛苦,降低并发症发生率,提高患者的生命质量,值得临床推广应用.

Clinical Analysis on Postoperative Complications in 98 Patients with Colorectal Polyps after High Frequency Electrosurgical Resection

Objective To explore the method for reducing postoperative complications of colorectal polyps after high frequency electrosurgical resection by a retrospective analysis on the former preventions. Method A total of 196 patients who would undergo colon polyps high frequency electrosurgical excision were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 98 cases in each group. The treatment group was received preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative preventive methods to prevent the complications. The control group was given ordinary treatments according to the symptoms. The recoveries of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups. Results In the treatment group,2 patients (2. 04%) suffered mild abdominal pain and 1 patient (1. 02%) had delayed bleeding. After appropriate treatments,all the patients recovered. In the control group,5 cases (5. 10%) felt abdominal pain symptoms,and 6 cases (6. 12%) had delayed bleeding. The efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group (P<0. 05). Conclusion High frequency electrosurgical excision surgery, has become the preferred treatment for colorectal polyps with the advantages of safe, effective, small wound, reuse. Effective complication preventions could save patients from postoperative pain, reduce the incidence of complications and improve life quality. Thus, it is worthy of clinical application.
