早春类短命植物生物量研究(Ⅰ)--齿瓣延胡索生物量特征及模型构建

摘    要:以早春类短命植物齿瓣延胡索为对象,采用全收获法研究其生物量及分配特征,构建株高与生物量的线性回归模型.结果表明:齿瓣延胡索的高生长在进入花果并存期后基本停止,地上与地下生物量随生长发育不断增加,在花果并存期达到最高,但在果期下降;生物量分配在营养生长期至花期由地下向地上转移,进入花果并存期和果期又转为地下积累.茎叶生物量比例在营养生长期和花期增大,在花果并存期和果期趋于稳定.花果生物量比例逐渐增大,表明了齿瓣延胡索在发育过程中营养生长向生殖生长转移的生活对策.以株高为自变量构建的总生物量、地上生物量和地下生物量4种线性回归方程均具有较高的R2值,拟合结果显示总生物量和地上生物量优于地下生物量,其中总生物量的直线、指数和幂函数拟合方程和地上生物量的指数方程均达到建模标准,可为齿瓣延胡索资源储量的估算及开发利用等提供重要的理论依据.

On Spring Ephemeral Plants Biomass (Ⅰ)---Biomass Characteristics and Model Construction of Corydalis turtschaninovii
Abstract:Taking Corydalis turtschaninovii as subject,a kind of spring ephemeral plants,this paper studied the distribution characteristics of biomass,and contributed the liner regression model for the plant height and biomass with the full harvest method. The results showed that the height growth of Corydalis turtschaninovii would stop when it came into the flowers and fruits coexist period, besides, along with its growth development, the aboveground and underground biomass increased continually to reach the highest in the flowers and fruits coexist period,while dropt in fruit period. The biomass allocation transferred from underground to the ground in vegetative period to florescence,and turned into underground accumulation in the flowers and fruits coexist period and fruit period. The ratio of stem and leaves increased in vegetative period and florescence,and tented to be stable in the flowers and fruits coexistence period, the biomass proportion of flower and fruit gradually increased in whole phenophase,which indicated that vegetative growth of Corydalis turtschaninovii would turn into the reproductive growth in the life cycle. 4 kinds of linear regression equations of the total biomass, aboveground biomass and underground biomass,taking plant height as an independent variable, had high R2 values, the results indicated that the total biomass and the aboveground biomass were better than underground biomass,the straight line,index and power function fitting equation of the total biomass and the index equation of aboveground biomass had reached modeling standards,which offered significant theoretical basis for the reserves estimation and utilization of Corydalis turtschaninovii.
