| 摘 要： | 科技成果转化是科学技术与经济、社会更好融合的重要桥梁,是科技创新成果与社会经济活动的有力结合点。在对科技成果和科技成果转化的概念进行梳理的基础上,分别从高校、高校与企业、高校—企业—政府3个方面分析了国内外的科技成果转化情况。

| Abstract: | Scientific and technological achievement transformation （STAT） is not only an important bridge which connects science and technology with the economy and society, but also a powerful bonding joint of technical innovation and social economic activities. On the basis of the review of definitions of scientific and technological achievements and STAT, this paper analyzed the STAT status both in China and in foreign countries from three perspectives of uni- versities, universities and enterprises, and university-enterprise-government. |
