| 摘 要： | 在大学英语教学改革深化的背景下,独立学院青年大学英语教师队伍需要通过各种可行途径来促进其专业发展。本文试图把建构主义理论和独立学院青年大学英语教师专业发展的实际状况相结合,针对独立学院青年大学英语教师专业发展的现存问题,以建构主义体系下大学教师专业发展应该遵循的原则为理论指导,提出独立学院青年大学英语教师专业发展的可行性途径,以期为独立学院青年大学英语教师队伍建设和英语教学水平的提高提供可以参考的建议。

| Abstract: | In view of the particularity and necessity of existence of five-year higher vocational training normal school ping-pong elective course,this article discusses the current situation such as the satisfaction degree of the students in class by analyzing the situation of five-year higher vocational training normal school ping-pong elective course in Shanxi Province. In order to promote the sustainable development of five-year higher vocational training normal school ping-pong teaching,we should provide feasible suggestions from dual perspectives of theory and practice. |
