摘 要: | 新课程的实施是我国基础教育改革的重中之重,全科型教师的师资问题成为制约新课程实施以及影响义务教育发展不均衡的重要因素.全科型教师的培养,是我国基础教育发展的必然趋势,能够改善农村中小学教育水平偏低的现状,有利于对学生进行全人教育.进行全科型教师的培养,应加强基础教育与教师教育的有效沟通,以师范生和在职教师为对象,构建起培养培训相结合、职前职后相衔接的多元化的教师教育模式.培养面向农村基础教育的全科型教师,是促进义务教育均衡发展的有效途径.

Abstract: | The implementation of the new curriculum is an important part of the basic education reform in China. The problem of teachers in the cultivation of all - round teachers has become an important factor which restricts the implementation of new curriculum and affects the balanced development of compulsory education. The cultivation of all - round teachers is the developmental trend of elementary edu- cation in China. It can improve the situation of the low level of rural elementary education, and be beneficial to the whole person educa- tion of the students. In order to cultivate the all - round teachers, we should strengthen the effective communication of elementary educa- tion and teacher education, and construct the diversified models of teacher education of combining cultivation with training and connect- ing pre - vocational training with vocational training, aiming at normal students and in - service teachers. The Cultivation of all - round teachers being geared to the needs of rural basic education is the effective way to promote the balanced development of the compulsory ed- ucation. |
