| 摘 要： | 通过正交试验确定从大籽獐牙菜中提取多糖的优化条件，用分光光度法测定其多糖的含量。结果表明：水浴温度80℃，料液比1：10（w／v），提取时间2．5h，提取3次为大籽獐牙菜多糖提取的最佳工艺；该条件下的大籽獐牙菜中多糖含量最高，为26．01mg／g。
