NH4^+对氟硅酸钠(钾)结晶的影响

摘    要:采用循环冷却系统模拟湿法磷酸生产中的真空过滤冷却过程,研究氨离子及氨离子存在下磷矿中的杂质对氟硅酸钠和氟硅酸钾结晶的影响,结果表明,NH4^ 对寺酸钠钾阻垢率达42.26%,除垢效果较好,能显著地减少氟硅酸钠的析出。

Abstract:During the vacuum filter cooling system of wet process phosphoric acid,there is a common problem which is that scale deposition blocks up the equipment,especially when the Hubei phosphorite ore is used.The scale deposition is so hard that it is very difficult to clean up and the efficiency is reduced.It is very important to solve the scale problem for Hubei phosphorite is applied.Using ammonia ion as an additive,the authors made a research in its effect on the crystallization of sodium fluorosilicate and potassium fluorosilicate and found that the rate of preventing scale is up to 42 26%.
