| 摘 要： | 首先讨论了中立型泛函微分方程ｄｄｔＤｘｔ＝ ｆ（ｔ，ｘｔ） 的Ｌｉｐｓｃｈｉｔｚ 一致渐近稳定性，给出了（变分）Ｌｉｐｓｃｈｉｔｚ 一致渐近稳定成立的充分条件－ 其次利用变分Ｌｉｐｓｃｈｉｔｚ 一致渐近稳定性讨论了该方程周期解的存在性－
