浅议孔子理想人格思想

人的现代化 ,包括人格的理想化或健康化 ,难以回避传统儒学思想的影响 ,而孔子思想是主要渊源。当代中国人的内心深处 ,仍然积淀着深厚的传统文化的人格思想 ,其中 ,孔子的理想人格思想很值得关注。其关于道德上君子与小人的人格划分 ;君子喻于义 ,小人喻于利的利益倾向 ;既正视人的利益追求 ,又强调遵守规则的富贵正道 ;倡直道、明是非、否定巧言令色之徒的正义思想 ;仁者爱人的重视和尊重人 (天下人 )的平等意识 ;主张立志坚定、坚韧不拔的大丈夫气概 ;坚持热心救世、百折不回、进而不止的积极入世精神 ,等等 ,早已成为中国人人格思想的重要组成部分。在市场经济条件下 ,塑造当代中国人的理想人格过程 ,如何对孔子理想人格思想进行“扬弃” ,是中国现代化进程中不可回避的现实命题。

On the Ideal Personality of Confucius' Thinking

People's modernization includes personality's health. Thus we cannot leave behind the traditional Confucianism, with the Confucius as the main source. Modern people still hold the personality thinking of the traditional culture in the deep hearts. Confucius' division between the bad man and good one; the benefits tendency; the way to be wealthy; just thinking of advocating rightness, understanding falseness and rightness, and denying the people with beautiful words; equality of people; advocating perseverant ambition; persisting in doing everything, ect, have been one part of the Chinese. Under the circumstances of economy market, we should inherit Confucius' good parts to shape modern Chinese ideal personality.
