| 摘 要： | 通过对我国家电业上市公司资本结构相关数据的统计分析，总结出我国家电业上市公司资本结构的特点，认为该行业上市公司资本结构普遍存在低资产负债率、股本结构不合理、流动负债比率过高等问题。而这些问题的存在主要是由于负债融资环境、产品市场竞争的约束、资本市场再融资管制的约束和追加投资的博弈等方面的影响。

| Abstract: | Through statistics and analysis of interrelated data of capital structure of China's listed companies of household appliance,this article has summarized the characteristics,including the ubiquitous low capital debt,unreasonable capital stock structure and the high current debt ratio.The above problems stem from the influences of the debt financing environment,the restrictions of product market competition and capital market refinancing and the game of additional investment. |
